To be held at Greensboro Coliseum Special Events Center February 12 –14, 2010
Greensboro, NC (Jan. 29, 2010) - Flip Force Gymnastics and Flip Force Booster Club will host the “Greensboro Gymnastics Invitational 2010” at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex Special Events Center Feb. 12-14, 2010. This will be one of the largest gymnastics competitions ever held in North Carolina.
The event will attract outstanding boys and girls gymnasts and the best tumbling and trampoline teams from across the United States. Over 700 athletes will be attending. Gyms from South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Georgia as well as North Carolina will compete.
Opening ceremonies, the grand march in of athletes, and a spectacular exhibition & show begin on Friday, February 12th at 5:45pm til 7:00pm. The event is also being hosted by the Greensboro Coliseum Complex, the Greensboro Area Convention & Visitors Bureau, Greensboro Sports Commission and the Marriott Hotels.
Show & Exhibition guests include Jason Gatson, former Olympic Silver medalist; Leigha Hancock, stunt double for the TV program “Make it or Break it”; Carlton Morris, Special Olympic Gold Medalist; Justice Frangipane, Trampoline Champion and Rince na H'Eireann, North American Irish Dance Champions; and Chris Young, co-owner of Flip Force Gymnastics, 1999 World Championship Team Member and 1999 Pan American Team Member.

Exhibition & Show: Friday, February 12th 5:45 – 7:00pm
Prices: Adults - $5.00; Children 12 & Under - $3.00
Competition: Saturday, February 13th 8am – 8pm
Sunday, February 14th 9am – 4pm
Prices: Adults - $12; Children 12-6 years - $6; Children 5 & under – FREE
Special Rates....Youth and church groups that have 15 or more students attending as a group on Saturday &/or Sunday will be charged $5.00 per student.
